Need a quick and easy breakfast to kick off your morning? All you need is a blender, and it will save you both time and money (instead of heading to that smoothie/juice bar every day). Smoothies are great for on the go, when you’re in a rush!

1: Peanut Butter-Nutter

Great for a pre or post workout snack, dates are high energy and full of fibre. The peanut butter is a great source of protein which will keep you feeling full for longer, and help repair muscles after a gym sesh.

2: Lean Green Machine

Get your greens in! Trust us, you won’t be able to taste the spinach when mixed with the banana and pineapple. Spinach is high in vitamin A & K, magnesium, and iron- micronutrients that many of us don’t get enough of. Besides that, pineapples are surprisingly high in vitamin C and fibre. This smoothie will refresh you and wake you up with how zingy it is!

3: Berry Bonanza

Blueberries are well-known for being a ‘superfood’, high in vitamins and antioxidants. The Greek yoghurt will add extra creaminess as well as being high in protein, making this perfect for both breakfast and a mid-day snack. Lastly, chia seeds are high in fibre and Omega-3 which will aid digestive health.
